They brightness belies the tiny amount of power that they use

They are devised in such a manner that they will produce an equal amount of brightness with a much lower power consumption.

CFL or compact fluorescent lamps are the most popular in this category and they have been the point of focus (pardon theLed Panel Lights Manufacturerspun) of many a green campaign. The main objective is to get people to use these 7-11w bulbs instead of standard 20w-25w bulbs or higher. These bulbs are perfectly capable of producing the same amount of bright light while also bringing the electricity bill down.

The usual myth about these bulbs is that they are not as bright as the ordinary incandescent bulbs and that is absolutely not true. These bulbs are perfectly capable of being the direct replacements of all the standard light fittings around the household. The CFL bulbs come in various shapes and sizes and also have varied wattage to produce lights varying in their brightness. The usual power consumption difference between an incandescent bulb and an energy saving one is usually between 50%-70% or more. This is in favor of the energy saving bulbs of course.

There are bulbs available for standard shapes and fits that are perfect for chandelier fittings and hence will not look odd or out of place. This is very useful those who have an elaborate lighting setting already in place, like shops and display units. Another problem so far has been using these bulbs with standard dimmer switches and it used to be impossible to do until recently. There are new bulbs available that are okay to be used with standard dimmer switches and they will not strobe or flicker. Upon testing, many of these bulbs revealed that they turn off after the 30% mark but up to that mark they can be dimmed smoothly without a problem. There are some specialized bulbs that carry a manufacturer's promise for being able to handle being dimmed up to 10% and back up.

Hence, most of the common domestic uses are covered using these bulbs. Now, the usual 50W halogen spotlight can also be replaced with a specially made 11w bulb that produces the same strong spotlight with about 1/5th the power consumed. The only difference is that the halogen bulbs create a warmer, more yellowish color while the energy saving light bulb creates a more whitish light.

Another category of energy saving lights uses LEDs or Light Emitting Diodes. These are very different from every other bulb and more electronic than electrical. They have recently come to the domestic and commercial lighting scenario and are being loved for their low cost, longevity and above all – extremely low power consumption. They brightness belies the tiny amount of power that they use. This is why they are more popular in the emergency and portable lighting category. So you can find them in 3 color torches, emergency lights, etc.

The average cost of electricityper kWh is 8 cents per kWh

25% of a typical home's electricity is spent on lighting inefficientincandescent light bulbs. Each year, more and more homeowners arechoosing to replace their incandescent bulbs with more efficient bulbs. Two of the most efficient energy saving light bulbs used in homes areCFL (compact fluorescent) and LED (light emitting diode) bulbs. Both ofthese bulb types have become more popular as home owners realize thegreat energy saving benefits. While CFL and LED cost more than theconventional incandescent bulbs, they prove to last much longer. YouwonÂ’t need to replace CFL and LED bulbs as often as incandescent bulbs.

CFL Bulbs
CFL bulbs are compact fluorescent bulbs that have a twisting shapeappearance. They are more energy efficient than incandescent bulbsbecause they produce less heat and last longer. They use 1/3 theelectricity and last up to 10 times as long as incandescent bulbs. Forexample, one, 18 watt CFL in place of one, 75 watt incandescent bulb, will save about 570 Kilowatts (kWh). The average cost of electricityper kWh is 8 cents per kWh. This would yield about a $45 savings forjust one1*4 panel Factorybulb (Eartheasy). Other advantages of using CFL bulbsinclude that they help reduce air and water pollution by producing lesscarbon dioxide (CO2). Replacing one incandescent bulb with a CFL canprevent as much as 450 lb. of carbon dioxide from entering theatmosphere. CFL's provide a higher quality light compared to the brightwhite light of incandescent bulbs.

Some homeowners fear using CFL bulbs because they contain small amountsof mercury. Electrical safety experts believe that the mercury in a CFLis not dangerous. The only danger associated with a CFL bulb is if itbreaks and is not cleaned up and disposed of promptly and properly.Proper clean up consists of sweeping up the glass from the bulb (do notvacuum) and disposing it in regular trash.

LED
LED (light emitting diode) bulbs are used in lamps, small lightingfixtures and for Christmas lights. They are also used in smallelectronics, such as DVD players, as well as in tiny flashlights.Nowadays, LED bulbs are being used for more residential lightingapplications, such as under-cabinet lighting, in recessed lightingfixtures and for landscape lighting applications. LED bulbs have anextremely long lifetime. They can last between 50,000 to 60,000 hours. This is more than four times longer than CFL bulbs. LED bulbs use only2-10 watts of electricity (1/3 to 1/30 of incandescent or CFL bulbs). As with CFL bulbs, LED’s don’t produce heat. According toEartheasy, “LEDs produce 3.4 BTU's/hour, compared to 85 forincandescent bulbs.” In 2009, the first LED-based replacements for atraditional light bulb were made available to the public. These bulbsgive off an amount of light equivalent to a 40-watt incandescent bulb. Most homeowners use 65 watt bulbs and higher. However, the extremelylong lifespan of LED bulbs has made them into a popular choice.

Installation is simple and allows you to have a variety of different fixtures in a single room. These panels will cover the light fixture instead of leaving it exposed and will allow the light to filter through.

What Are They Made Out Of?

Since drop ceilings hang from a grid system, the panels need to be relatively light weight in design. Because of this, many drop ceiling light panels are made of plastic and sometimes acrylic. The panel has to be light enough to not put stress on the grid or surrounding panels and to not fall to the ground over time.

How Big Are They?

Drop ceiling light panels are available in a wide range of sizes. The size of the panel can be customized, but they are also available in standard tile size in order to be slipped in as a replacement for a general use tile or panel. There are panels that are several feet wide and others which are only matter of inches, it all depends on what the consumer desires or needs.

What Type of Lights Are Compatible With Them?

In most cases the lights used with the clear light panels are fluorescent. Other types of lights can be used however and within a residential home, regular halogen bulbs are often used to give a softer and more natural glow to the room.

How Do You Install Drop Ceiling Light Panels?

These are among the easiest of all lighting panels to install. Since they are extremely lightweight by design, they are easy to lift into place. After you have them in place, it is a simple matter of slipping them into the grid that is already in place.

Lighter fluid burns with a distinctive smell

Lighter fluid burns with a distinctive smell. It has an oily consistency which makes it highly-prized for its being able to burn in even very windy conditions. Lighter fluid has a taste which is detectable by some individuals and not at all detectable by others. Different fluids are said to affect this characteristic, as well. Whether or not this is true is entirely up to the individual to decide. Some cigar smokers would not for a minute consider giving up their prized Zippo; others would hesitate to light a fine cigar with anything other than a wooden match or a cedar strip.

The reason Zippos remain popular for outdoor use is that they are an inherently windproof lighter. The lighter fluid used to fuel them is slow to evaporate and is thick enough that it will stick to the wick and ignite even in very windy conditions. This makes them popular with sailors and fishermen.

There are new butane lighters on the market which rival Zippos where wind resistance is concerned, however, and these may be a less-objectionable option for those who find the taste of lighter fluid something which they cannot tolerate. These windproof butane torches are available from higher-end tobacconists and lighter shops.

Whether or not the taste of lighter fluidChina 600*1200 panel Factoryis something about which one should harbor concern is entirely for the smoker to decide. Being outdoors is as much about the equipment as it is about anything else and using a Zippo has something of an adventurous feel to it. These lighters long history of reliability makes them an advantageous choice for outdoor enthusiasts. The butane models, however, are very affordable and there's nothing to say that it's a bad idea to bring along more than one lighter and to see which proves superior in adverse outdoor conditions.

When adding recessed lighting to a bath

Recessed lighting in the foyer or entrance hall is an effective way to showcase a curving staircase or entry floor. Recessed adjustable lighting can also add light to the areas and objects that you want to stand out. One fixture can light several areas, simply by changing the bulb from a spot to a flood or you can highlight details in a space by using spot fixtures in strategically placed areas.

In a living room, place fixtures approximately 8'- 0" apart to provide general unobtrusive light that won't clash with room furnishings. A dimmer gives adjustable light levels for any activity or occasion. Be sure to distribute the light evenly. The fixtures should be about 18" to 24" from the wall, spaced one to one-and-a-half times the distance from the wall. To highlight a textured wall or reveal wall patterns (such as a brick wall) use the grazing technique by placing fixtures 12" from the wall and 12" to 24" apart.

When adding recessed lighting to a bath, the size of the room will decide the lighting requirements. Bathrooms over 100 square feet require general light, while smaller baths can use mirror fixtures. Recessed incandescent fixtures work well and can provide general illumination for bathrooms up to 100 square feet. Place them no more than 36" apart and centered over the counter. Add fixtures for each additional 50 square feet of space. Note that wall sconces should be used in order to properly light a mirror or vanity, as using only recessed lighting in the space will shadow the face.

In shower or bath areas, recessed lighting must be approved for a damp location. Local electrical and building codes should be consulted when selecting the lighting for these areas, as specific requirements vary from state to state.

For the kitchen, recessed incandescent downlights should be placed approximately 6' to 8' apart. Fluorescent recessed fixtures are a good alternative choice, as they last ten times longer and deliver three to four times more light per watt than incandescent lighting. Plus, recessed fixtures can be hidden in niches or placed to shine through glass shelves for a unique, backlight display.

How to buy recessed lighting

Recessed lighting fixtures have three parts - the housing, the trim and a bulb. Each part is needed to complete the fixture. When you first select products, you can shop either by the housing style or by the trim. After choosing a product, such as a specific housing, you will need to scan further down the product detail page to see the compatible trims that will work with the housing you selected. Remember to make sure the housing and trim are compatible and from the same manufacturer. Then, select the type of lighting you need, such as line voltage, low voltage (with a transformer) or fluorescent. Make sure you are purchasing both a housing and a trim piece as you will need both to have a complete fixture.

Recessed lighting glossary

It always helps to know the proper terms to describe a fixture you're using. Here are definitions of some of the more common words and phrases used with recessed lighting:

Housings: Housings are recessed fixtures which can "house" a variety of line and low voltage lamp styles and wattages. These housings allow for connection to the electrical system and in conjunction with trims and bulbs create the finishedChina 620 x 620 Panel Light Factoryproduct of a recessed fixture.

Trim: Housing Trims finish off the hole in the ceiling and can play an integral part of light effectiveness or effects based on the wide range of finishes and types available. Note that a black baffle can cut light output by 50% since the color black absorbs light.

Baffle: The baffle is the interior of the trim that is recessed into the ceiling. Most baffles are stepped up with milligrooves.

Line Voltage: Fixtures that operate at 120 volts are considered line voltage lamps. They do not require a transformer and can be directly connected to the electrical wiring.

Low Voltage: Fixtures that operate at a lower voltage than line voltage are termed low voltage. These fixtures require a transformer to reduce line voltage, usually to 12 or 24 volts. Many fixtures using the smaller MR16 bulbs are low voltage fixtures.

Airtight: Meets airtight requirements to a certain CFM or less air leakage.

Wet Area: Means the fixture is U.L. listed for use in damp locations, such as a shower or certain outdoor environments.

Energy Star: The fixture uses less energy than incandescent fixtures and is Energy Star Rated.

Shower Trim: Trim suitable for a shower light. Shower trim must also use a housing that is approved for damp locations.

Eyeball: This trim is a versatile lamp for art lighting. It can be swiveled left to right as well as aimed up from vertical on a wall. It does protrude below the ceiling line, and so would be more visible.

New Construction Fixture: The fixture is suitable for installation in an open wall construction (no sheet rock or plaster) where full access to ceilings, walls, and floors make no hindrance to installation. Fixture typically includes bar hangers to attach to floor joists, and the housing is bulkier than a remodel fixture.

Remodel Fixture: The fixture is suitable for installation in a remodel or renovation of an existing structure. The fixture is less bulky than new-construction fixtures in order to be fitted into an existing ceiling. Note there still may need to be removal of sheetrock or large holes in the ceiling made in order to accommodate a new lighting plan. An expert electrician should be consulted on how much demo work is needed in order to add a remodel fixture to an existing space.

IC Rated (Insulation Contact Rated): This means the fixture is U.L. listed for use in direct contact with thermal insulation.

Non IC Rated (Non Insulation Contact Rated): The fixture does not meet standards for use in direct contact with thermal insulation. Insulation must be kept at least 3" away from the housing.

His chosen screen often became the subject of the picture

John invented his own form of 'Painting with Light' (a very different and original 'special effect technique), without using any computer, darkroom chemicals, or expensive equipment to create his unique top international award winning pictures.

His technique is pure photography on film and has nothing to do with moving lights to make light graffiti, or of lighting specific parts of a dark scene with a long exposure. What it does involve is the photographing of projected images on to other things.

John has found that the projector really lives up to its earlier name - 'The Magic Lantern', as what can be done with projectors for photographers really is magical!

One of his best known pictures was titled 'Spirit of Spring', this was the first ever picture taken on Kodachrome (transparency film) thatChina slim panel lights suppliersincluded both a negative of a tulip and a positive image of a girl's portrait, all on the same emulsion!

No one knew, at the time, how this could be possible, as it was created well before anyone had the use of computers.

This little known technique involves the photographing of projected images, sometimes; he projected his image through a crystal, or reflected the projected image off various reflective surfaces, or through coloured cellophane, the projected image could be a negative (colour or black and white) and he even used three or four projectors all together at times. His chosen screen often became the subject of the picture, John has photographed projected images on to a shell, a flower, a butterfly wing, even the edges of the pages of a book!

His freely available article titled 'The Magic Lantern' fully describes and explains exactly how anyone and everyone can do it. 'The Magic Lantern' can be found at:

Digital camera users could also use most of his techniques, as these special effects have certain qualities that are a little different from those achievable by digital manipulation.

'Spirit of Spring' won The London Salon Trophy in 1967; this was then the first time a colour picture was deemed worthy of this much coveted trophy, for it had only ever been awarded before for Black and White photographs, John was also the youngest member to have won it.

There have been over 20 One-Man Exhibitions of John's photography (many were sponsored by Kodak) at major venues; 2 were held in New York, 4 in London, The Edinburgh Festival and many other UK and USA cities.

Favourable reviews and comments were received about John's pictures from; Cecil Beaton C.B.E., Sir William Russel Flint R.A., Lady Clementine Spencer-Churchill, Sir George F. Pollock Bt., M.A., F.R.P.S., F.R.S.A., 'The Times' and 'Arts Review' to name a few!

John is currently creating new pictures "I use pure photography to express ideas, or thoughts, rather than reality. I trust that my pictures will intrigue, cause interest and be appreciated as very original art works that make quite a statement."

There is a third source for certification

Reading household water filter reviews may not be your best source of information for buying one. I have looked at numerous comparison websites and some of their recommendations are not really the best choice in terms of contaminant removal, filter life or price.

Why pay $300 for a purifier, when you can get one that does the same job for around $125? $300 is the cost of the Ever-pure under counter H-300. That's easy to remember, because the price and the model number are the same.

Ever-pure is one of the products that are recommended by National Geographic's household water filter reviews. I love National Geographic and I make every effort possible to live a "green" life. But they only compared seven brands in their survey, when there are hundreds on the market.

The consumer's best guide to selecting an effective home purifier is to compare certifications and product performance data. The best systems are certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF). This organization verifies that a filter's claimed contaminant reduction capability is accurate.

Water purification systems thatChina Mini trigger sprayers Companyare also certified by a reputable independent lab like the Underwriter's Laboratory, can also be trusted.

There is a third source for certification; the California Department of Public Health. California has the most stringent water filtration testing in all of the States. Filters certified by them are also of good quality.

If a water filter seller provides certified product performance data, it should list the contaminants that the filter will remove and the amount of reduction.

Bear in mind that not all contaminants have a set level by which they must be reduced. Ever-pure for example, states that lead is reduced to levels below the "Federal Action Level" (FAL). This level is an arbitrary figure established by the EPA.

When public treatment facilities report that the level is higher than the FAL, they are required to make efforts to address the problem, although this requirement is not actively enforced.

Of course, even if one consumes small amounts of lead over a period of time, death won't be sudden but it could pose serious health risks. Lead is particularly hazardous for pregnant women and children.

One of the top filtration systems on the market costs around $125 and can remove lead, chlorine and synthetic contaminants. It is also certified to NSF and California health standards and provides complete product performance data.

Getting a home water filter is a no-brainer. Ultimately, you are doing yourself and the environment a favor, by filtering all of the water that comes into your home, so that contaminants do not end up back in the environment.

Important People In The Life Of A Light Bulb

Important People In The Life Of A Light Bulb

Sir Humphrey Davy is the first person to create artificial light. While conducting experiments Davy passed an electric arc of energy between two poles. The resulting "light" had a short life but nonetheless contributed to the science of electricity.

In 1820 a fellow named Warren De la Rue also tried to create the incandescent light bulb. Using a platinum coil, la Rue passed a current of electricity through a tube. This successful resulted in a light "bulb" or sorts. However,China 595 x 595 Panel Light Factorythe platinum coil used proved way too expensive to mass-produce. Thus la Rue's creation served more as a research tool than anything else.

Still searching for the perfect bulb, Frederick de Moleyns stepped up to the plate in 1841. He used powdered charcoal filters as a conductor for light energy. He is the first person granted a patent for creating incandescent lamps. Then, Edward Shepard less than a decade later used a charcoal filament to create an incandescent lamp. Like its predecessors, this light was short-lived. Around the same time a man named Joseph Swan also started using carbon as filaments. Carbon provided a lower cost and more efficient filament material than other metal alternatives.

In 1854 a German worker created a filament using carbonized bamboo. This successfully produced an incandescent electric bulb. The light bulb had the same problem as its predecessors however. Short life spans seemed to plague the early inventors of light for many years before Edison stepped on to the scene. In 1860 Joseph Swan displayed a decent light bulb using carbonized filaments. His problem however, was failure to create a proper vacuum and enough electricity to product a lasting light.

Thomas Edison Enters the Light Bulb Scene

Finally Thomas Edison, after thousands of experiments, in 1879 figures out that carbonized paper filament produces a lasting light bulb. Thomas Edison's bulb produced light for almost 15 hours. Thus, he is credited with producing the first effective and useful incandescent bulb.

Thomas Edison tried more than 6,000 different plant species before he discovered the one that would work as a proper filament. A few years later a gentleman named Lewis Latimer patented a process that allowed carbon filaments to be manufactured more efficiently. His process extended the life of Edison's carbon filaments, producing an even longer lasting light bulb.

Thomas Edison of course never stopped working on the light bulb. After creating the first incandescent light bulb to last, he worked on creating the first useful incandescent lamp. Thankfully many other researchers continued to refine Edison's work. Because of this, there are many different varieties of bulb available today.

Let's take a peak at some of the inventions that followed the first incandescent bulb.

New Discoveries in Incandescence

The journey of the light bulb did not stop with Edison. In the early 1900s researchers discovered that tungsten filaments were more efficient for producing long lasting light that carbon ones. Now tungsten is the standard for light bulb filaments, even in modern times.

Today the light bulb has evolved into a work of art. There are many different categories of light bulb today, aside from the traditional incandescent. Some of the more popular varieties include:

Full spectrum light bulbs
Automotive LED bulbs
Compact fluorescent light bulbs
Halogen light bulbs
Projector light bulbs
Tanning bed bulbs
Specialty light bulbs

As you can see, the light bulb has come a long way. Thanks to the hard efforts of many scientists, the light bulb has evolved into a complex creation!

If you experience an accident

As motorcyclists around the world know, sometimes red lights just don’t know you are there. Whereas a car may trigger the light to change, more than one motorcyclist has been forced to either, make a few extra right hand turns to get where they want to go, or to drop the kickstand, hop off, run to the corner, and press the crosswalk button. In 2011, however, Illinois legislators have made a real effort at correcting this problem by making it legal for motorcyclists to “run” red lights after stopping and waiting a reasonable amount of time. House Bill 2860 has simplified things for motorcyclists, but Illinois motorcycle accident lawyers must now integrate this new law into their regular practice.

Does Your Illinois Motorcycle Accident Lawyer Understand The New Law?

This new law does you no good if your Illinois motorcycle accident lawyer isnÂ’t aware of the context, content, or ramifications of this new red light law. If you experience an accident, you need all the help you can get in recovering medical costs, bike repairs or replacement, and punitive damages against careless drivers. As most riders already know, carChina 2*4 panel suppliersdrivers who are not looking for or seeing bikes are the ones who cause the majority of accidents.

Know The Law & Reduce The Likelihood of Another Motorcycle Accident

Initially, this new law can potentially increase ridersÂ’ risks on the road. Many car drivers fail to note new traffic laws, especially when they appear to only apply to bikes. Many drivers will not be expecting a bike to come through a red light, so it is, as always, imperative that riders pay attention. By understanding the particulars of the new red light law, riders can prevent accidents and reduce the need for a motorcycle accident attorney. The new law requires that a rider wait at a red light for at least 120 seconds and that they yield to oncoming cross traffic. If an accident occurs after these requirements have been met, your motorcycle accident attorney can create a more effective case on your behalf, assuming that they are knowledgeable about the implications of this new law. Without that experience, you can easily find yourself held accountable for an accident that was not your fault.

Illinois subscribes to the comparative negligence model, which means you can be held partially responsible for the accident. For example, the adjuster determines that you were speeding, making you, say, 40% at fault, and the other personÂ’s damages totaled $100,000. This means you would be out $40,000 plus 40% of your own expenses. Every piece of your defense counts in keeping the numbers in your favor.

Before putting everything at risk, take the time to ensure that you and your motorcycle accident attorney understand the impact of this new law. Be sure to wait the allotted 120 seconds, look both ways, yield to oncoming traffic, and then enjoy the wind, the road, and the freedom you love so much.

Lets consider the following situation

A new EU directive has banned the use and production of traditional style filament light bulbs, businesses across the continent and in the UK are looking for alternative lighting solutions. With the advancement in commercial LED lighting, the technology has been gaining in popularity thanks to an array of benefits over incandescent and halogen light bulbs.

Nowadays LED lights are available in all forms of traditional lighting and can be used for indoor or outdoor business lighting. LED lighting not only reduces energy consumption considerably but they also have a much longer life span than traditional light bulbs, which could bring a reduction in annual maintenance cost of between 70% to 90%.

Energy consultantsChina 595 x 595 Panel Light suppliersand energy management experts state that energy efficiency is the biggest step businesses can take towards reducing their CO2 consumption and carbon footprint. Investing in LED lighting should be considered as a long term investment that will bring significant long term savings for your business. There is even a scheme from the Carbon Trust that allows you to obtain an interest free loan to invest in commercial LED lighting, contact your energy consultancy firm and they will assist you in obtaining this interest free loan.

Did you know that lighting accounts for 40% of businesses electricity bill? With LED lights you can save between 60% to 90% of that cost and reduce your carbon footprint not to mention that LED lights last on average 50,000 hours, that's right 50,000 hours, making LED lights' lifespan 5 times longer than the best fluorescent bulbs and up to 30 times longer than halogen bulbs.

Low energy LED lighting can bring quantifiable savings to your business from day one. But before installing LED lights on your premises it is advisable to schedule a complete audit to highlight inefficient areas that will need more attention, again an energy consultancy firm can assist you with that.

LED Lighting Cost Saving Example 1

Lets consider the following situation. A business replacing 100 x 6 foot fluorescent tubes with their lights on 18 hours per day, 7 days per week, paying £0.10 per KWh will save:

£3,931 in electricity every year and another £630 in maintenance cost. Over 5 years this will generate a net saving of £16,274.

LED Lighting Cost Saving Example 2

If the replacement of all interior and exterior lighting of a given commercial building would cost £6,000 with a mixture of incandescent and fluorescent bulbs, with LED lights it could cost up to £12,000 but using LEDs the company could save nearly £7,000 a year in their energy bill and will not have to change a light bulb for 20 years and investment could be recouped in less than 2 years.

In London, a city wide scheme implemented last year is changing the capital's top sight-seeing attraction lighting to reduce energy consumption as well as their carbon footprint. The London eye was one of the first attractions to change their lighting system to a brand new LED lighting system educing power use by 69%

Some of riverside LondonÂ’s most iconic landmarks have been lit up by energy efficient lighting in a festival of light. Tower of London, HMS Belfast and Southwark Cathedral are among buildings that have been bathed in low energy LED lighting.

The Scheme is called Green500 and it was voted Best Carbon Reduction Project at Edie 2009 with many organisations joining in by the day.

A little Salt and a little Light

A little Salt and a little Light

Terry Dashner

The Bible says that you are the light and the salt of the world. I find it interesting that it uses these two metaphors. Why do I say that? For one, just a pinch of salt goes a long way. It takes just a little to enrich the taste of food. Without it, food is too bland. With too much, it ruins the taste. A little salt is just right. Stop and think about this. You are one person against the world. By your own strength and might the world can be overwhelming to you. But, with the strength of Christ in you, you become like salt to the world. You and your faith in Christ are just enough to change the world for the better. The Bible says that faith as small as a mustard seed is all you need to move aside the mountains in your life.

In regards to light, consider this. An aged and prosperous businessman worried about who would carry on after his death. His only relatives were three young nephews. So he called them in and said that one of them would be his successor. “But I have a problem. And the one who solves it shall inherit my business,” he said. “I have here a large room, which I want to fill as soon as possible. Here is a small coin for each of you. Go now, but return at sunset, and see what you can buy with this coin to fill the room.”

Hurriedly they went their way to the market, and as twilight fell, they returned. The first youth was dragging a bale of straw. When loosened, it made a pile so great that it filled half the room. He was complimented by the other two as they helped him clear it1*4 panelaway.

The second youth brought in two bags of thistledown which, when released, filled two thirds of the room.

Now it was time for the third nephew, who was standing still and forlorn. “And what have you?” asked his rich uncle. “I gave my coin to a mission,” he replied, “leaving only one farthing. With it I bought a flint and this small candle.” Using the flint, the third boy made a spark and lit the candle, which filled every corner of the room with light.

Light and salt fill emptiness. If you are living your faith as the salt and light of the earth, then you are filling the emptiness in this world with the life of Christ. If you are living your testimony of faith in Christ, you are driving out darkness everywhere you go. This world needs substance. The world needs your witness. Keep your light shining brightly, and keep your life salty.

Stay the courseÂ…..(Sources cited are available)

Before you start turn the power to the switch off

When the light switch needs to be changed out or replaced our first instinct is that we have to call an professional who is able to come and do it for us. This is a good way to handle it - but expect to pay around $40 or more for them to come to your house and spend ten minutes to set up something you can simply do yourself.

Before you start turn the power to the switch off. You will be able to do this from the power circuit or fuse box. When that is done you will have to take off the cover plate over the existing switch.

Now take out the screws securing the switch into the wall box. Carefully remove the switch by pulling on the tabs on the top and bottom. Utilize a voltage tester and test both of the lines connected to the unit. This will tell you whether or not you were successful at turning the power off.

Loose the screw on top and remove the wire. Twist it up and away from the unit and loosen the bottom screw. Bend it down from the unit and loose the screw securing the ground wire. Now get rid of the old switch and throw it away.

Undo all of the screws that are on the new unit and wind the ground wire round the screw and secure it. If the wires are in good condition than you will have the ability to wrap them around the bottom wire and screw them in.

Now twist electrical tape around the new light switch. Be sure that the terminals are covered so that the ground wires do not touch. Gently push the wires into the wall box and fix theCeiling Panel Lights Suppliersmounting screws. Screw the cover plate in and turn the power back on.

Much like computer chips

In the 1960s2x2 panel light ManufacturersLEDs were only found in expensive industrial machinery before progressing to indicator lights in common household electronics. Now the biggest growth area for light emitting diodes is in lighting. There low power consumption, rugged construction and long life makes them the perfect choice for energy saving lighting applcations.

LEDs are a microscopic chip encapsulated in a lightweight, study epoxy resin enclosure that is more durable than traditional glass lamps or fluorescent tubes. Because they have no fragile or moving parts they are resistant to vibration and virtually indestructible. Wtih an epoxy resin coating, LEDs are able to withstand extreme temperatures and also resist moisture damage.

Nexxus lighting have just released the latest in LED replacement lamps with their new Array lamp line. Array ultizes a unique "Selective Heat Sink" made from recycled plastic to further remove the energy cost of producing LED lamps. Array is the first commercially available LED chip with a luminous flux of 95lmW (lumens/Watt) and available in 4 size from 1.2W - now LEDs are available in most common bulb and pin configurations.

The only downside to LEDs for general domestic lighting is the perceived cost, and when retrofitting LEDs transformers may need to be changed to meet the transformers minimum load requirements. Like any emerging product, there are many inferior products on the market that do not live up to manufacturers output claims or life expectancy. There are calls for industry regulation and universal performance and output measuring standard to be introduced. not all LEDs are created equal, and while saving money on the inital investment cost of purchasing LEDs, using inferior quality products can often result in costly replacments and will decrease consumer confidence in LED technology. LED manufacturers are currently developing diodes manufactured from silicon based materials, which are non toxic and led expensive to manufacture than current gallium & sapphire based diodes that will not only help in the performance of LED chips but also help reduce their manufacturing cost.

There is no doubt that LEDs are more energy efficient in their running than both compact fluorescent, and incandescent bulbs, however little research or information is available on the true energy costs of producing LED chips or their heat sinks, nor on the effects of disposal of some colour LEDs (red & IR) which contain toxins and harmful materials. Unlike flourescents, LEDs contain no lead or mercury - a harmful toxin present in all compact fluorescent and requiring special disposal to prevent this heavy metal entering our waterways and environment.

Much like computer chips, LEDs are doubling in their output every 2 years, while research and development is being done on alternative, lower cost materials to further help reduce production costs and help them become the lighting choice for the 21st century. If LEDs can be manufactured using no more energy than common incandescent bulbs, then they will help reduce the electricity consumption from lighting by as much as 90%, reducing carbon outputs, alleviating the need for hundreds of new power plants and helping to turn our world into a brighter place.

Stains on dark carpet colors

White or light-colored carpets will show stains more easily than their dark counterparts. Stains come in a variety of colors and almost all of them show up against a light background. Cleaning a white carpet may prove easier than a dark colored carpet because you can use any number of oxidizing and stain-removing products to lighten the stain's color. Using similar products on dark carpet may cause it to discolor or lighten, giving rise to obvious patches.

Better understanding is very important in treating darker stains specially if the carpet is light colored. What about in your home? Does a light-colored carpet mean you're doomed to be chasing down carpet stains forever, or is a better alternative a dark carpet color that will hide dirt?

Stains on dark carpet colors

Dark brown carpets offer the advantage of hiding most stains, even the dreaded red wine spill.2*4 panel suppliersBut high-traffic areas and regularly cleaned spots may quickly become obvious on a dark carpet, especially in contrast to areas that haven't been traveled on or damaged. In addition, dirt and grime won't be as obvious on a dark carpet, but that doesn't mean it isn't there. Dark-colored carpets need just as much cleaning as their lighter counterparts and may conceal a host of debris if not properly cleaned.

Stain removal home remedies

Generalcarpet cleaningrules apply no matter the color: Blot stains immediately, don't rub them in and always give them time to dry before using a vacuum. There are certain products, however, that should never be used on colored carpets; bleach is a good example.

Most home cleaning products and steam agents will advise you to spot test before doing any major work. Pick a corner or out of the way spot, and use a small amount of your intended cleaner. If the color changes and doesn't revert after the product is fully dried, stay away.

Tough stains won't come out

Despite your best efforts, however, there may come a time when a stain on a carpet calls for more power than home remedies can provide, or you may have accidentally used the wrong product and changed your carpet's color. In these cases, a licensed, bonded and knowledgeable carpet cleaner will not only combat stains but help get your carpet color looking like new again.

There's no clear winner here on color. White carpets show their stains more easily, and dark carpet colors are susceptible to changes if a harsh cleaner is used. In both cases, use care and caution when cleaning to keep your carpet looking its best.Vacuuming the area after it has dried will help to restore the texture of the carpet fibers.

Dynamics GP custom Barcoding

This is one of the reasons why it is especially important to have Barcoding automation, custom logistics and warehouse management. In this small publication we are coming through Dynamics GP (formerly this small business ERP application was also known as Great Plains Dynamics) features and technologies:
1.Modular structure. Available modules cover most of the aspects of modern mid-size and even large business: General Ledger, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Payroll, Bill Of Materials, Human Resources, Manufacturing (discrete), Non Profit Accounting - just to begin the list. You do not have to purchase and implement the whole set of modules, you pick just required functionality and implement the reasonable subset to cover your required business processes, plus pick Dynamics GP ISV supported add-ons to cover industry specific logic (not covered in the core set of Dynamics GP modules) or if you have something absolutely unique, you discuss with your Dynamics GP Technology Partner the options to customize Great Plains to cove these gaps
2.Dynamics GP custom Barcoding. Technically - you may automate with Barcode scanner each Dynamics GP screen with editable fields. This is why it is too optimistic to expect Barcode automation in barcode scanner batch upload sense from existing barcoding add-ons. However, the good news is - Dynamics GP Dexterity allows you to program reasonably simple barcoding add-ons to cover your specific logic. You can also consider Barcode item labels printing in Crystal Report - label printing is typically required upon the Purchase Items Receipt (for the whole batch or individual Purchase Order or Receipt)
3.Warehouse Management. This topic is1*4 panel Manufacturersvery generic, it is sometimes referred as part of Supply Chain Management (where Barcoding plays important technology role). We would like to hear your store and advise accordingly
4.Discrete Production. If you are large manufacturing mill, please consider full suite of Microsoft Dynamics GP Manufacturing modules. For mid-size and small assembly locations, we recommend to consider Bill Of Materials module first, as it should be able to cover basic manufacturing requirements
5.Old Dynamics GP or Great Plains Dynamics or Great Plains Accounting for DOS version recovery and upgrade. This procedure should be done through your Microsoft Dynamics GP Partner, who should be able to place you back into Microsoft Business Solutions annual enhancement program and secure new Dynamics GP version licenses. Then - you should design upgrade strategy, which may contain several steps (via intermediate Dynamics GP versions). You can upgrade all the way from Great Plains Accounting for DOS (9.2, 9.5 or even earlier) to Microsoft Dynamics GP 11.0. If you don't have upgrade budget and would like to stay with current Great Plains legacy version, we should be able to provide reasonable (but limited, as there is no way to get support directly from Microsoft for Great Plains version earlier than 9.0 at this time, March 2010) support without the options to add new user or modules
